Situated in Auckland’s CBD is this 140m, 39 floor, hotel development with two independently operated hotel chains stacked above the other in a tower format, providing a total of 494 guest rooms, plus guest services, gym & retail outlets.
SOLUTIONS
For this project Hallmark Group supplied 850 doors, including 835 steel frame doorsets greater than 2m in height, fire & acoustic rated doorsets.
