Hallmark supplied a wide range of specialist timber and steel door systems throughout the facility, with each area requiring a tailored approach due to the mix of high-moisture environments, acoustic zones and premium architectural finishes.

A key feature of our package was the bespoke bifold veneer doors, manufactured using Euro Birch, stained and colour-matched on site to replicate NZ Tawa, and American White Oak, toned to complement a smoked oak wall lining. These doors were designed specifically to blend seamlessly into the architecturally clad wall panels, maintaining a continuous visual aesthetic throughout the public spaces.

In all wet-side and bar areas, we supplied marine-grade door skins with internal hardwood framing, ensuring long-term durability in high-humidity and chlorinated environments, critical for a major aquatic facility of this scale.

All steel frames were finished with a two-part epoxy coating system, applied by Cake Commercial, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and meeting the strict environmental performance requirements of the complex.

Every component was manufactured and coated to meet the client’s specifications and performance standards, with delivery and installation sequenced to fit CPB’s programme and maintain project timelines.
