The 7-Star Homestar rated Care and Apartment building at Arvida Bethlehem Shores lifestyle village in Tauranga is a 13,324m2 facility including 52 luxury one, two and three bed apartments, a 60-bed care and specialist dementia unit, plus administration, café, lounge bar, hair salon, craft room, kitchens and dining spaces.
